Having Problems trying to Place an Order on our system? Here are a few things we have found that might cure the problem. Solution 1. Double check the Date and Time is correct on your PC. Just double click on the clock in the corner of your screen to check date and time. Once done Refresh your screen and/or close your all your browsers are start again. Solution 2. We use a small cookie while you place your order. Without this cookie we are unable to track how your order is coming along. To enable cookies, For Internet Explorer Users, click on 'Tools', then 'Internet Options', then click the 'Privacy Tab'. The standard setting to have is it set to 'Medium'. This is said above the scroll bar in bold. If no scroll bar is there click the 'Default' button and the scroll bar will appear. Once done Refresh your screen and/or close your all your browsers are start again. Solution 3. a) Sometimes when you visit a website, small pictures and cookies are downloaded on to your PC. Every so often this will fill up and some images won't be displayed. To Extend the space available to download images and cookies go to 'Tools', 'Internet Options', then click 'Settings' and increase the value of that box by 50 then Click 'OK'. This should allow more space available to download images etc. Once done Refresh your screen and/or close your all your browsers are start again. b) Alternatively we can delete the files currently stored on your PC. Click on 'Tools', then 'Internet Options', then click 'Delete Files' then 'OK'. This may take a few minutes to do so please be patient.
