1/ a) For parcels, choose a suitable size box, made from a suitable material and ensure they are securley packaged.
b) For pallets, customers must supply and their own pallets. All items must be securely packaged and secured to the pallet. If unable to acquire a pallet please contact us for further info.

2/ Each item should be wrapped separately

3/ Pack the goods in the centre of the box

4/ Choose and apply your preferred packaging material
a) Polystyrene Chips
b) Polyethylene Foam
c) Bubble Wrap
d) Shredded Paper

5/ Secure the parcel with packaging tape - Not sello tape

6/ Attach a label or write the details clearly

7/ If re-using an old box, remove all previous address labels

8/ Ensure all liquids / powders are securely sealed

9/ Mark parcels over 25kg as heavy
